Tropical Storm Kirk brings threat of dangerous flooding to Caribbean

Tropical Storm Kirk dropped heavy rain that could bring dangerous flooding to the eastern Caribbean. The hurricane center said that up to 10 inches of rain could fall in parts of Dominica and Martinique. Forecasters said mudslides and flash flooding are possible.
